About Mike
Dr Mike Baxter has been a strategic advisor to some of the world's most influential brands (including Google, Cisco, Sony PlayStation, and HSBC) since 2001. With a unique background spanning psychology, design, and research, Mike specializes in helping leaders navigate complex organisational transformations.
Mike has been awarded a PhD in Science, a personal Professorship, and Chartered Designer status. Through his consultancy work he provides unbiased guidance to government departments, tech start-ups, and universities, moving them from reactive planning to systematic execution.
