Why take this Building and AI Transformation Stratgey Course?

Most AI failures stem not from technical inability, but from a misalignment between business maturity and technological ambition. Leaders frequently try to deploy "Actionable" AI (agents that do work) into an organisation that is not yet "Legible" (data and structures are messy), leading to hallucination and risk. This deep-dive course solves that disconnect. By auditing your organisation against our proprietary ‘Legible-Actionable-Native’ maturity model, you will move beyond simple project management to meaningful AI transformation.

Ideal for executive leadership or functional heads, this course ensures you stop reacting to AI trends and start building a strategy that moves your organisation (or department) from reactive experiments to sustainable value.

Course Content

Become AI-Actionable: You will move beyond "Chat" to "Execution." We equip you with the governance frameworks and decision-gates necessary to trust AI with proprietary tasks, turning compliance from a blocker into an enabler. Become AI-Native: Finally, you will design the "Hybrid Teams" of the future, synchronising your workforce strategy to ensure humans and AI agents work as colleagues rather than competitors.

In this strategic course, we move beyond simple deployment of AI platforms to focus on the development of organisational AI maturity. You will review your current AI capabilities against a proprietary 3-phase AI maturity model, identifying exactly where your technology, data, and workforce sit on the journey from "experimentation" to "sustainable value”. The curriculum is structured around three critical phases of AI maturity:

Phase 1: AI-Legible (The Foundation)

Before you can automate, you must be understood.

  • Technology Legibility: Moving away from "black boxes." We teach you to demand transparency regarding the capabilities and limitations of the AI models you deploy. You will learn best-practice techniques to ensure the processes AI undertakes within your organisation are visible to leadership.

  • Data Legibility: Evaluating your assets for "AI-readiness". We move beyond simple data availability to ensuring your unstructured data (documents, knowledge bases) is both accessible and meaningful to AI.

  • Organisational Legibility: (New) Does the AI understand you? We explore how to create a "semantic layer" for your organisation, ensuring AI agents understand your org chart, role hierarchy, and approval authorities before they interact with your team.

Phase 2: AI-Actionable (The Engine)

Moving from "Chat" to "Execution" by establishing trust.

  • Actionable Governance: Transforming compliance from a blocker into an enabler. You will design the "stop criteria" and decision-gates that allow you to trust an AI to execute tasks, not just answer questions.

  • Actionable Data: Establishing the "lineage" of your data to ensure it is clean, legal, and unbiased. We cover the legal frameworks required to allow AI to "act" on your proprietary data without leaking intellectual property.

  • Actionable People: Designing workflows where AI routes work to the right human. We look at redefining roles for effective ‘human-in-the-loop’ processes, ensuring your people are ready to receive hand-offs from AI agents.

Phase 3: AI-Native (The Transformation)

Integrating AI into the DNA of your strategy and culture.

  • Native Strategy: Moving beyond ‘vanity metrics’ to define clear North Star goals. We look at how to measure ‘soft’ ROI like staff satisfaction and social impact, aligning AI deeply with your long-term business value.

  • Native Engineering: Demystifying the ‘buy vs. build’ decision to ensure value-realising technologies are baked into your infrastructure from the start, rather than added as an afterthought.

  • Native Workforce: Using ‘co-design’ principles to engage the customers and communities you serve. We explore the concept of the "Hybrid Team," where AI agents are treated as colleagues with job descriptions, and human roles are elevated to focus on judgment and strategy.
